CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain a smooth and elevated experience for all guests, we kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. A card on file is required to reserve all appointments and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation. Thank you for respecting our time and the time reserved for you.
